I am responsible for maintaining the draws and returns for all 328 dealer accounts. My goal is stay within the company's guidelines for return percentage. I am also responsible for seven single copy contractor collectors. My job is to verify the money coming into the company from the collectors. I also handle checks received from dealer accounts sent in through the mail. My goal is to keep the accounts receiveable for single copy at an exceptable level required by the company. I brainstorm the single copy promotions. Some of the successful ones have been BINGO, Sunday $1.00 sale, Pigskin Picks, Fill my Fridge, March Mania and the just completed Shopping Spree promotion. I currently have two ongoing dealer promotions which are Reader Rewards and Frequent Buyers Card.

Worked with over 20 youth carriers and 3 bundle haulers to deliver a weekly newspaper. Created carrier promotions to increase starts. I worked with each carrier so they could get as many customers on their route. I did crewing with the carriers at least one per week. Repsonsible for the balances on dealer accounts and to ensure receivable were kept at a respectable level.
