Led the transition of a multi-billion Natural Gas Company to a complete hosted environment. Created the Project Plan, and Transition playbook.Transition included 100+ servers, 40+ environments, managed on-shore and off-shore resources. Included Oracle EBS and multiple bolt on systems.Senior Service Delivery Manager: Is responsible for delivery of all customer work, both project and support work, is responsible for communication throughout, including client expectation management.Conducts weekly status meeting with client including coordination, notes, follow-up action items detailed in meeting notes.Review Contract to allocated storage usage for the hosted client. Monitor rapid growth file systems for potential root cause and/or increased storage needs.Developed a trusted advisor relationship with customer to gain in-depth understanding of Oracle Footprint and future IT direction. Built a client roadmap document detailing this plan.Ensure customer adheres to established change control process. Reviewed and published client change control procedures and process.
