Responsible for organizing and processing shipments of merchandise for the store. Assisted store staff with merchandising the store. Personally responsible for organizing and tracking all storage of back-stock for inventory purposes. Supervised temporary workers in the organization, set-up, and execution of Warehouse “Sample Sales,” and in the cleanup and re-organizing of stock post sale. Worked closely with staff from other departments to execute the goals of the Clearance Store to the mutual advantage of all departments involved. Worked to improve methodology and organizational systems for the tracking of stock; including the development of original signing, counting and tracking forms easily duplicated and implemented by future staff members.
