I find challenges and problems very exciting. The best part is that they come in all shapes and sizes, and are never the same. Conversely, the process of solving every problem is almost always consistent. As an Industrial Engineer at Spirit Aerosystems I find most of my problems belong to data. Understanding of the data collection, application and presentation play a key role into solving many of our challenges. With my educational background and experience, I feel prepared to take on each new challenge but always enjoy the growth that comes with solving each one.
