Growth of non for profits through strategic planning and financial and program implementation and oversight. During my tenure at Senior Services Plus I was fortunate in leading the agency through a strategic plan that has made the agency the leader in aging in the Southern Illinois and St. Louis metro region. During that time, we completed a capital campaign for a $2.5 million dollar state of the art 10,000 square foot Wellness Center providing affordable wellness for the Riverbend community.
