Completed a seven week management training program; Participated in the opening of a restaurant in a new market as AGM. Took the Lead and successfully executed the second store opening in this market.

Spent a brief time in every department to gain knowledge of every aspect of day to day operations of a top tier membership club * Completed weekly work schedules for banquet service employees * Assigned specific duties/assignments to all service employees prior to certain functions and events * Attended weekly management and food/beverage meetings where all details of upcoming events were discussed with upper level management * Successfully planned, staffed, and executed several events from the early stages of room setup to breakdown including a 300 person wedding, 100 person seated dinner, etc.

Opened golf facilities: unlocked facilities, prepared carts, laundry duties, prepared course amenities * Assist members with all golf related needs * Performed various duties in pro shop: assisted with sales, wood and iron maintenance, grip repair, shoe repair, etc. * Close all facilities and retrieve all course amenities * Opened Pool facilities: unlock gates and locker rooms, check chemical levels in pool and make necessary adjustments, open food prep areas, organized pool deck area * Took and prepared food/beverage orders from club members * Performed general pool equipment maintenance i.e. back washing filters, filled chlorinators, and monitored filter pressure levels * Close pool facilities: cleaned pool deck, closed and cleaned all food prep areas, cleaned locker rooms, documented food inventory
