Conduct quality mentoring, evaluations and audits in Arizona, Nevada and southern California on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobil, CIENA, DAS and Century Link projects.

Various Locations Thoughout The United States.

Assisted in the Disney Aulani Hotel and resort DAS build in Oahu and installed the Hub host and expansion hubs in the designated closets and project managed the contractors during the install. Supervised, managed, inventoried and installed as the Construction Project Manager DAS equipment at the Bellagio Hotel and casino. Managed up to (20) union contractors on the Bellagio build also, attended and held high level weekly meetings with Bellagio VP’s and Union Heads. Submitted close out package for the Bellagio DAS build. Performed DAS quality audits at University of Kentucky football stadium, DreamWorks Animation and Sheraton Hotel in New Orleans. Provide manpower on various DAS jobs in Southern and Northern California.

Southern California

Manage, direct and install on all territory and non-territory jobs in San Diego. Re- engineer on site jobs that were not seismic zone 4 rated. Direct and manage outsource installers of 1 to 15 on installs in AT&T Central offices. Communicate with all AT&T engineers on all projects; job progress, status, issues, completion etc. Ensure on time delivery, profitability and a quality performance at or above customer standards (95% or better). Complete internal audits on jobs in progress and completed. Able to write MOP’s, JSA’s and distribute to all Managers for approval signatures. Complete all job documentation during and upon completion of all jobs assigned.

San Diego And Orange County

Managed and directed all AEI crews on all territory and non-territory jobs in San Diego and Orange County. Coordinated training and certification of all installers in floor drilling, BNC, fire stopping, etc. Communicated with all AT&T engineers on all job issues. Held weekly status meetings to cover status/progress of all open jobs. Verified job percentage completion and resolved all job issues. Issued a weekly manager status report with hours allotted, hours used, in-charge on job, completion dates, percentage of job completion, etc. Issued a Master Installation Resources Schedule which forecasts the required manpower to complete each job. Submitted employee evaluations every 6 months on all installers.

Southern California

Managed and Directed all EF&I crews on all cluster and non-cluster jobs in San Diego. Coordinated training and certification of all installers in floor drilling, BNC, fire stopping, etc. Communicated with all AT&T engineers on all job issues. Ensured on-time delivery and quality performance at or above customer standards. Monitored and recorded all audits (internal and external) on Excel spreadsheets and submitted CAR (Corrective Action Report) as necessary to AT&T. Created job folders and distributed required documentation and signatures to the installation teams to start each job on time. Held weekly status meetings to cover status/progress of all open jobs. Verified job percentage completion and resolved all job issues. Issued a weekly manager status report with hours allotted, hours used, in-charge on job, completion dates, percentage of job completion, etc. Issued a Master Installation Resources Schedule which forecasts the required manpower to complete each job. Submitted employee evaluations every 6 months on all installers.
