Restructure of the Operations by creating Integrated Project Teams (IPT,s) to directly support current customer requirements.Introduction of product Life Cycle Management (LCM) monthly reviews against selected key customer work statements. Introduced policy and procedure for managing time and attendance (Bradford Factor).Currently working with SEMTA and the NSA to deliver Composite Training programs to the Aerospace ,Marine and Automotive sectors.Site Security Controller.
