Full operational responsibility for a diverse business engaged in Aerospace, Marine and Transport composite design, manufacturing and certification.Transformation Management of the business to enable substantial growth over the next four years.Secured a £4.5 million capability development investment from parent company.Managing culture change and business improvements through Lean business initiatives centred around Lean tools and philosophies. Restructure of the Operations by creating Integrated Project Teams (IPT,s) to directly support current customer requirements.Introduction of product Life Cycle Management (LCM) monthly reviews against selected key customer work statements. Introduced policy and procedure for managing time and attendance (Bradford Factor).Currently working with SEMTA and the NSA to deliver Composite Training programs to the Aerospace ,Marine and Automotive sectors.Site Security Controller.

Responsible for the development, specification and subsequent work transfer to a green field operation of a 150,000 sq ft, composite manufacturing facility located at the eastern seaboard area in Thailand with a project value of over $20 Million.

Full Operational responsibility for a £23m Aerospace business, supplying high quality composite structures toboth the Primes and Tier 1's (Airbus, Rolls Royce, Spirit, Safran, FACC, Philips). Ownership of the planning andexecution phases, that enabled the business to grow in support of rate and by successfully transferring innew programmes, commissioning new capital equipment where appropriate and ensuring the necessary quality approvals were obtained to support this growth strategy.
