I am a biopharma leader with over 20 years of experience in U.S. market access and sales environments. My mission is to create value for patients, payers, and Pfizer by developing and executing effective formulary access strategies for Pfizer's diverse portfolio of products.In my current role as Regional Director/Team Lead for Pfizer's U.S. Market Access Payer Account Management organization, I lead a high-performing team of payer account managers across the eastern half of the U.S. We are accountable for achieving and maintaining target formulary access for all products across Pfizer's Primary and Specialty Care business units. Prior to this role I served as National Account Director/Enterprise Lead directing Pfizer's engagements with a top national GPO/PBM organization, negotiating and managing direct contracts with annual revenues exceeding $3 Billion. I have an MS Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Policy and Regulation and an MBA.
