Mr. Beyer has over thirty years experience as a financier, technology senior executive and entrepreneur dealing in markets worldwide. He has started, run and turned around various companies and divisions, negotiated and closed business transactions in forty one different countries and held the position of president of various entities in ten different countries throughout his career. Mr. Beyer has negotiated literally hundreds of millions dollars in contracts, including as much as $120 million in a one year period, and has raised capital totaling more than $500 million through IPO’s, private placements, subordinated and mezzanine debt offerings.
