I was part of the team developing a new fully automatic beverage machine for the commercial market. Areas of responsibility include a hot/cold milk frothing system, a flavored syrup injection system, an automatic temperature sensing steam wand system and a high volume, temperature compensated brewing chamber.

Longwood, Florida

Responsible for the design of bulk palletizer/depalletizer machines and related systems. Duties included design and documentation of weldments, machined and sheet metal parts and working with the engineering manager on unique customer requirements and specialized projects.

Duties include designing trainers for the military. I have worked on trainers for the CH-47F Chinook Avionics Trainer (CAT), the Avionics Basic Electronic Trainer (ABET) and the Black Hawk Rotor Brake Trainer (BRBT) for the United States Army. All design work is being done in Autodesk Inventor 11.0, 2008 and 2009.

Lake Mary, Florida

Duties include creating new designs for portable spas and related accessories for the recreational industry. Designs have been developed for vacuum formed acrylic and rotationally molded spas in addition to blow-molded and injected molded plastic parts. I have designed schematics and wiring diagrams for portable and permanently installed spas and spa sound.

Cincinnati, Ohio

Duties included design and documentation for packaging of high power RF filter/amplifier systems for the United States Air Force. These devices are to be used in both AWACS control aircraft and a new surveillance aircraft code-named Wedgetail. All design work was done with Autodesk Inventor versions 5.3 and 6.0.

Duties include all mechanical design for portable coordinate measurement equipment and related systems. During my first year at FARO I reported directly to the CEO for new product development that resulted in many improvements to the existing product line. Throughout this time we experimented with aluminum extrusions, investment casting and rapid.
