Served on the development team for Jacoby Development’s various real estate projects, including the acquisition and redevelopment of two former Ford Motor Company automobile assembly plants, the re-development of the Marineland Dolphin Park in Marineland, Florida, and the development of a new headquarters for Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta.In addition, co-founded Jacoby Energy Development, Inc. in 2007 to focus on the development of alternative energy projects. Experience highlights include the development of the Live Oak High-BTU landfill gas project in Atlanta, Georgia which was acquired by Air Liquide in February 2012, and Project Azalea – a 10MW solar project in Washington County, Georgia which was acquired by Dominion Power in March 2013.

Provided financial leadership, strategic vision, and strong tactical skills to start-up medical imaging company. Managed the company’s overall finance, operations, legal, human resources and real estate functions. Developed relationships with the financial community and raised over $6 Million in two rounds of venture capital. Company acquired by AFP Imaging Corporation (NASDAQ: AFPC) in December 2006.
