Regional Assistant Director Of Operation/Battalion Operation Sergeant
Supervises the training, assigned tasks, and overall operation for involving 650 employees in five branches across central and southern Florida. Monitor human resource and logistics to determine impacts to the mission and redirect assets as required. Supervises operations and controls movement of personnel and cargo. Overseas the maintenance of over 350 vehicles and trailers to ensure readiness to accomplish all assigned tasks. Manages all schools requirements for all employees and supervises the processing and approval of every application submitted. Communicates and coordinates with other Director of Operations to meet corporate missions and goals. Primary advisor to the Director of Operations concerning all aspects of military police operations and training to include weapons qualification, detainee operations, non-lethal weapons capabilities, and overall employment. Writes operation plans and verbally briefs branch leaders answering questions as needed to clarify missions. Delegates, monitors, and audits several operational budgets to ensure each branch has the resources to accomplish all travel and procure training resources.- Assisted with the planning and coordination of largest successful line haul movement of hazardous cargo undertaken by the organization.- Maintained the highest qualification level of personnel within the Division.- Recognized for ability to motivate and develop other employees in leadership position within the organization.
