Project is the first contract manufacturing process to start at Pfizer Sanford.Provide Project Management to the Staph Aureus Phase III CTM and Clinical Launch Technology Transfer from St. Louis to Sanford.Managed the Engineering Design and Installation for the Defined Media Process ($6.8M) through Process Validation. Managed the CRM197 Optimization Project ($2.5M) which resulted in meeting the goal of 4.5 Fermentations per week to multiple Small-Scale Purifications per week to support the Prevnar vaccine Plan of Record with site revenue of ~$60M.

Responsible for the (Factory 1) Lovastatin process, provided senior management with production forecasting, yield and quality data analysis. Assisted the factory to break an all time production record of 134,000 kgs. for the 2003 year. Provided Project Engineering design, startup and changeover assistance to the MK-476 (Montelukast) project. Provided Process Engineering support to the Factory 2, Crixivan Manufacturing Facility.
