started working in the quarry as a laborer and maintenance. Learned to operate both of the plant for crushing rock. first was the primary crusher then I learned how to run the secondary plant which made the finished product. I live to learn and always liked heavy equipment so I was trained on there front end loader and I operated the loader for 10 years loading trucks doing road work around the plant. The loader was something I excelled at. I had an opportunity to go to the asphalt division and jumped on it. Started out in the loader and eventually got my chance to learn the plant. 400 tons an hour gencor drum plant. The company bought a portable asphalt plant 500 tons an hour Gencor plant and I had an opportunity to travel with the plant. we took it down to Newburgh NY and we made the blacktop for Stewart airport.
