Managed all areas and staff of a 1 Million 110 guest room franchised full service hotel. Completed an extensive $1,695,000+ renovation of hotel interior/exterior within six months. Implemented a Yield Management program that repositioned Hotel and increased average rates by 22%. Developed a comprehensive Strategic Business Plan that increased revenue by 12%, and allowed annual revenues to exceed a record breaking $1 Million. Created a comprehensive Benefit program for all employees. Accelerated guest and employee satisfaction while improving the guest demographics.

Led all management consulting firms Marketing efforts for individual corporate clients and Company. Developed first Global Marketing Plan for company. Renovated corporate and numerous client Internet site's and initiatives to focus on sales. Built an international sales team that pushed revenue to $1.785 million.

Leader for both the Interactive and Alliance Marketing Teams. Created the first global interactive marketing team for all online marketing strategies, operations, customer service and sales initiatives across the four theme park destinations (Hollywood, Florida, Japan, & Spain), entertainment complexes (CityWalk Hollywood, Orlando & Japan), hotels and resorts, and the travel company (Universal Vacations).  Guided all online creative development and implementation strategies for the first customer transaction focused web site resulting in annual online revenue growth to over $109 million from $5.8 million with a $4.5 million marketing budget. Streamlined and maximized the alliance marketing team’s management of 94 partner alliances while increasing total sponsorship to over $492 million annually. Added the first outdoor Internet kiosks offering complimentary web access in the world for the theme parks through an America Online (AOL) alliance.
