Develop effective customer and supplier alliances and partnerships, and internal S&OP process disciplines in support of business activities and objectives. Develop financial operating budgets and cost control disciplines. Manage personnel development, succession planning and performance management. Lead functional strategy development as part of the business leadership team.

Oversee and coordinate all functions relating to Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Sanitation and Lean to ensure the manufacturing processes and production schedules meet market requirements, and to ensure maximum utilisation of plant, employees and facilities. Manage personnel development, succession planning and performance management. Develop financial operating budgets and cost control disciplines.

Manage, lead and set the strategic direction and day to day performance for supply chain operations. Develop operational systems to drive improved performance and control of quality, service levels, production and logistics costs, inventory and labour utilisation. Evaluate and approve operations capital expenditure and operating budgets. Establish Environmental, Health and Safety compliance programmes.
