The iPower Distribution project is an exciting and transformational project for Subaru Australia. The project is on the implementing of SAP, SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System) & SAP CRM (Customer Relation Management) & Dealer Portal to replace the IDS system for Parts, Warranty, Vehicles, Logistics & Finance.My role is to successfully lead the implementation of the Parts & Warranty modules for both the Australian and New Zealand markets.Together this will form a powerful and robust solution to our business and our networks’ business, offering a world class solution to the way we do business and meet our customer needs.

Responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies relating to Accessories, Collision parts, Service & Repair parts, STI and merchandise for the Subaru brand.Working with my team of Category Managers and key suppliers including the Factory (FHI Japan), overseas and local suppliers, to identify opportunities to leverage off Subaru's lifestyle and performance characteristics to meet revenue and profitability objectives.This role has touch points all throughout the business both internally and externally including the Executive, Marketing, Vehicle Sales, Product Planning & Regional Managers to capitalise on vehicle sales campaigns and regional opportunities as well as external such as FHI, Subaru of America, Subaru of Europe and Local suppliers to identify new product opportunities and development.

The role focuses on the development of the Subaru Dealer Network (Sydney, Eastern & Northern regions - covering 21 Dealerships over 27 locations spread between Tweed Heads down to Nowra) to achieve the After Sales & Accessory revenue and profitability growth objectives of Subaru, whilst improving the Retail customer’s experience at all touch points within the Subaru Network.

Develop new business opportunities and automotive solutions for government, fleet and private enterprises to achieve profit targets for the company through the identification and attraction of new markets and customers on a national base.Further develop relationships with existing corporate clients to facilitate delivery of additional customers and contracts.www.autonexus.com.au

Responsible for managing the Parts & Accessory needs for our brand partners, Subaru Australia, SEAT and with support to Subaru New Zealand. This includes all areas of procurement, inbound shipping and goods receipt, supplier management as well as customer management. Rapidly worked my way to sister company Engineered Products Group (EPG) to Purchasing Manager, later moving to National Logistics Manager.
