I am an American living in Germany. I served in the U.S. Army for ten years. After an honorable discharge I decided to live in Germany with my lovely German wife.Since I could not continue in my military profession (Operating Room Technician) I held down various jobs. As I started getting older and the economy here in Germany started to get quite bad it was difficult to find decent employment, so I decided to chase my dream of being a freelance English Teacher.I wanted to start an English training center (Thus the name of my company English Reader ETC. - http://englishreaderetconline.com/ ), but things did not quite work out the way I planned. I adjusted my goals and decided to teach English as a freelancer for various language training companies as well as continue to teach private students. I am in the process of starting to teach online. I am still at the beginning stages of that.I have also been involved in Internet Marketing for quite a number of years. It is my desire to combine my Internet Marketing skills and my English training skills. I love teaching English and I also love Internet Marketing, I guess that is the entrepreneur in me.In my English courses I give a huge focus on the importance of reading, listening and speaking to improve students English skills.Thank you for viewing my profile. I am an American living in Germany and am a TEFL/TESOL certified English language trainer.Originally from Cincinnati Ohio, I have lived in Germany since 1992 after leaving the U.S. Army. Although I can't say that I am fluent, I have a good working knowledge of the German language - especially the local dialect here in Waldstetten (Schwäbisch).In July of 2009 after having held down several different jobs over the years I decided to finally go after my dream of opening an English Training Center .I truly enjoy teaching English to people of all ages and backgrounds. I am a very patient teacher and also try to create a relaxed, fun atmosphere for learning.
