Led all business development, sales team management and fulfillment functions. Established necessary banking and credit relationships in order to handle increased sales volume. Led the automation of the accounting system to streamline accounting and reporting functions. Wrote and implemented sales training program. Sought and maintained new business relationships within the building and real estate industry.

Led the Northern Virginia and West Virginia markets for the nation's largest mortgage lender. Annual Mortgage Volume of $1.4 billion, 7 branches, 1 telemarketing group, 1 joint venture and 90-100 sales people. Led all recruiting, onboarding, and sales functions for these geographic areas including sales initiatives and industry presentations within the real estate industry.

Worked with all vendors to build out new branch location in Loudoun County. Recruited entire sales and support team. Established systems and procedures including CMS software, sales incentives, and industry association involvement. Was respected as one of the best branch managers in the division and asked to attend multiple leadership meetings with senior executives within the company.
