I am an RICS qualified Real Estate professional with over 12 years experiences, specialising in the North West Industrial Investment market.Having started my career in the Commercial Recoveries team at Avison Young (formerly GVA) I moved to B8 Real Estate in 2014 where I have been advising a wide range clients on investment sales and acquisitions, as well as sale and leaseback work.My expertise is centred in the industrial and logistics sector, having been involved in a large number of high profile single and multi-let transactions both within the North West region and nationally.
