Managing all aspects of the ongoing day to day operation of the business. My role also includes the creation and development of our recipe and nutrition content and technology as well as project managing a range of external partners.I have been personally responsible for the development of our ground breaking diet app, the #itsfine plan, working with the CEO and our developers to provide a platform that would benefit our clients. This was a 15 month project that was launched to market in late 2018 and is making waves in the dieting industry.Since launch, I have managed every aspect of the company, constantly challenging myself with new projects and learning new skills. This has included the creation, development, testing and management of our recipes and the associated database, as well as the social media accounts and marketing the product, not just to the general public but also to large, multi-national companies, meeting with their senior management to discuss partnerships. I have found myself in situations that have tested my limits and have enjoyed breaking through these to help the company move on to the next level.It has been challenging, building a new company in a crowded area, but we are confident the solution we have created will continue to revolutionise the way people lose weight and maintain their progress, whilst helping fix the obesity crisis in the UK and the associated emotional/binge eating problems that are related to it.

During my time employed in this role, I was responsible for the development of new technology and product content as well as the production of client facing content. I project managed the creation of new software, whilst reporting directly to the co-founding directors.

I joined this start up business with the task of developing and managing a team of remote Customer Service agents, helping the clients of the company whilst they used our products. This included recruitment, training and development.My duties continued to develop as the company grew, constantly challenging me to gain new skills and take on new departments. These included financial responsibilities, marketing and sales.

Having joined the company as a Paraplanner, providing research and report writing to the four Directors within the practice, I progressed to the role of Adviser, dealing personally with a range of clients across all areas of Financial Advice. In addition I trained and managed new recruits within the Paraplanning department of the company.
