The Integrated Station Programme (ISP) The ISP, part of the Capital Programmes Directorate, is a £360 Million programme that consists of 23 high priority stations which will have upgrade works delivering improvements to ensure that stations remain safe, operable and maintainable. The programme will enhance customer experience, whilst ensuring a consistent approach through the ‘Design Idiom’ to deliver ambience uplift, improved information and provision of retail. Funding approval for the Integrated Stations Programme includes a significant allowance for delivery efficiencies, the majority of which will be achieved through access improvements.The purpose of this role is to enable delivery of those efficiencies through realisation of best access potential for each of the 23 projects within the Programme.This will be achieved by identifying, facilitating, promoting, engineering, resolving, securing, and realising access related opportunities. This includes negotiation and agreement on Traffic Hour working and working in specific closures/ partial closures, arrangements for working within track possessions, and initiation of logistical improvements and innovations.
