I lead a team that designs, develops, and produces scalable, custom educational technology curriculum, e-Learning, and videos for asynchronous/synchronous learning environments that empower 2,100+ educators serving 30,000+ PK-12 students across 550+ schools (private/public), underserved community-based programs, and grant-funded initiatives, nationwide.Responsibilities• Project Manager for fast-paced video production cycles (i.e., pitch, storyboard, script, produce, post-edit, publication) for 100+ instructor-led videos annually. Function as the studio’s Producer and Director on set while managing all production scopes of work involving actors, animators, graphic designers, subject matter experts, writers, and voice actors. Manage client's e-Learning (iOS/CMS/LMS) platforms.• Work with game developers and software engineers to research, prototype, and test UI/UX experiences for education apps and products. Participate in beta testing, focus groups, and performance reviews.• Partner with K-12 education companies, school districts, schools, enrichment providers, non-profits, product vendors, and software (SASS) developers to establish cost-effective solutions, averaging 15-20% in annual savings while launching meaningful Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) curriculum, products, and services for 60+ educational technology courses.• Collaborate with global K-12 education communities to connect adults and students with digital and physical tools that leverage LXD methodologies through custom instructional guides, virtual experiences, videos, CMS/LMS platforms, games, and instructor-led training for the following subjects: art, animation, coding, computer science, design thinking, Esports, maker, robotics, video game design, and VR/AR.• Provide consultant services for the FIRST® LEGO® League - Challenge, Explore, Discovery program teams and LEGO® Education to enhance robotics curriculum serving over 679,000 students in 110 countries.
