CurrentSupervise, coordinate, and develop state-wide educational graduate, undergraduate, & Master’s Degree Programs, as well as Professional Development Seminars, for teachers and school-related professionals.Responsibilities-College liaison: Work with college partners to approve courses for credit and/or certification (College of St. Rose, Adelphi University, Empire State College)-Recruit instructors state-wide-Negotiate rates per credit for contract agreements between The Education & Learning Trust and Universities-Oversee program development partnership with publishing companies, vendors, and authors-Use social media to market professional development-Oversee program development of Online graduate programs -Promote, negotiate, and supply professional development to New York State School Districts, Teacher Centers, and BOCES-Give direction to local regional coordinators -Represent NYSUT ELT at state-wide leadership conferences-Organize, prepare and manage state-wide trainings-Research, create and develop seminars, graduate courses (online and on ground)-Provide updates and current trends in educational professional development-Assist in research projects and grant development
