Developing new Project Management Framework, PCI implementation, Integration of new business into the SAP environment.Senior Project Manager – eBusiness (February 2007)• Managed eBusiness projects, specifically the delivery of the Vendor Portal (Websphere) and Vendor Performance metrics (Business Objects), with a budget of $14M. This project delivered the future platform for all new vendor applications. Key achievements – Delivered business to business vendor portal for supermarket division (www.wowlink.com.au).Senior Project Manager – Logistics (September 2005)• Managed the delivery of a $256 million dollar composite warehouse in Brisbane. Initially oversaw the construction, fit-out & IT projects to ensure requirements, timelines and scope where being met. I managed the overall budget. In the last phase I worked with the operational teams to open the produce & chilled warehouses. Key achievements – Delivered one of the largest warehouses in the southern hemisphere to previously announced investor and shareholder dates.
