I'm an accomplished people leader with governance, budget and programme management expertise. I have familiarity working at the highest levels of government and business, demonstrated onshore and offshore in a number of cross-cultural settings. I'm an outcomes-focused, creative thinker with proven performance, adept at creating and leading highly engaged, multidisciplinary teams that feel empowered to tackle complex, system-wide problems. Recent, senior roles I have held have been positions of significant influence and profile both offshore and onshore. I'm comfortable operating in these environments. These roles have required excellent relationship management and media engagement skills. My current role has involved a major programme of continuous improvement including a range of strategy, organisational and governance initiatives. I sit on a governance group that oversees a development investment programme of $2.187 billion over 3 years delivered through teams located in numerous locations around the world and with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders.
