Experienced Service manager/ operations manager with a demonstrated history of working in the service industry. Skilled in Coaching and technical support. In past I have worked with multiple agencies to implement a full recycling programmes. This involved setting up procedures to strip and separate waste products resulting in landfill waste reducing from 100% to less than 5%I have also introduced basic health and safety compliance and awareness training on a new site .Helped upskill 25% of the work force to IOSH standard to enable them support and guide their colleagues within the warehouse and workshop facilities. This has fostered a safe working culture within the teams . The measure of this success has been shown with Zero hours lost in time to incidents/accidents or RIDDOR events .Plus a work force actively reporting and recording hazards and near misses, which are dealt with as they happen and discussed on a monthly meeting by all departments .So lessons can be learnt and best practices put in place to prevent future issues .
