The measure of this success has been shown with Zero hours lost in time to incidents/accidents or RIDDOR events .Plus a work force actively reporting and recording hazards and near misses, which are dealt with as they happen and discussed on a monthly meeting by all departments .So lessons can be learnt and best practices put in place to prevent future issues .
