Senior Vice President Network Services: Planned, evaluated, implemented and operated all technicalplatforms and customer solutions for Broadview Networks comprising over 70,000 customers and $450M in annualized revenue. Deployed competitive UCaaS, VoIP, data, traditional voice switching networks and various broadband access platforms for business and residential markets. Responsibilities included managing and motivating a 200+ person organization consisting of multiple departments. Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer Engineering & Operations management: UCaaS, VoIP, MPLS/ISP, Fiber Networks, Central Office, 7x24 NOC, Field Operations, Data Collocation Centers and Vendor Management. Led the technical network transformation from traditional ICP/CLEC Services Company into a Cloud/UCasS company Systems selection and operation of multiple NMS, OSS, OAM&P and circuit inventory systems. Development of provisioning, service delivery and repair processes. Development and management responsibility for all capital and operational expense budgets. Created and managed cross-departmental team which focused on COGS reduction to improve Gross Margins. Fostered a strong alliance among the Engineering, Provisioning, Finance, Vendor Management and Product Marketing teams. The team has successfully reduced COGS in excess of 50 million dollars over 10 years. Led technical due diligence and synergy valuations for several successful merger and acquisition candidates over the last 17 + years.  Led all Engineering, Operations, Network and Personnel integration efforts for seven acquisitions. Achieved or exceeded expected synergies within the required time frame. Successfully led Broadview through their first SSAE 16 SOC2 compliance/audit effort
