VIDEO PRODUCER:* Shoot all MDG Performances and events with regard to quality and presentation.* Edit all performances and events for archival and promotional purposes.* Shoot/Edit all videos/create slideshows needed for MDG performances, promotions and pre-production.* Shoot all field production b-roll and interviews utilizing cameras, lighting, and sound while maintaining a professional appearance and representation of MDG.* Produce/mass duplicate all in house DVD videos/promotions* Operate and maintain all video production equipment including cameras, accessories, lighting, audio recording gear and computers.* Keep abreast of all current and future video production needs and request/obtain resources when needed AUDIO ENGINEER: * Record all MDG performances in multi-track format when possible, 2-track when not.* Archive all audio recordings of MDG performances.* Edit/Mixdown all multi-track MDG performances with regard to quality and presentation for archival and promotional use.* Design, build, operate, maintain all live pro-audio gear for MDG/BFO events and studio related pro-audio systems/studios.TECHNICAL COORDINATOR* Collaborate with staff on technical needs of all MDG/BFO performances and obtain, gather, move, install, or setup any video or pro-audio gear needed for performances, studios or events* Troubleshoot and maintain all computer hardware and software and all studio pro-audio gear and keep abreast of all current and future pro-audio and A/V technology.
