John is a Director in KPMG's Consulting practice and a member of the National IT Deal Services team. The IT Deal Services team provides divestment and buy-side IT due diligence, IT separation, planning and execution and IT integration support. John has extensive experience across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Government, Telecommunications, Education, Mining and Construction.John has provided IT Due Diligence and managed large and complex separation and integration programs of work on several significant transactions, including: - Vendor Due Diligence, technology strategy and sell-side support delivered as a key component of the VicRoads modernisation program.
