• Build and develop an Invoice Finance product team• Overview the sales process and build a sales capability program that was rolled out across the specialist sales teams and banker network across all segments.• Design and implement a product risk function that included audit functions, product origination and portfolio risk management.• Revised bank’s policies & procedures to cater for the new operation model as well as meeting APRA’s requirements.

• To grow the customer base of Debtor Finance facilities by identifying, developing, generating and responding to new business opportunities for Cash Flow lending across all segments as well as retaining existing, valued customers. • Presentations to existing and potential clients and their professional advisers on specialist products offered by the bank• Working closely with referral partners and introducers to source new clients for the bank• To prepare and jointly approve credit submissions for decision on fating using sound lending practices in line with Bank policy and procedures to support a disciplined growth strategy
