Heading the Kick's creative department, my days involve running workshops with clients to understand their business objectives and pain points, constructing briefs, brainstorming creative concepts and leading Kick's team of expert designers, copywriters and developers to create collaborative solutions which exceed client expectations.With a portfolio of clients in various industries, I've had the opportunity to name and brand new land estates for Parklea, launching market-leading products for Narva, create catchy taglines for Yumi's, and much more.

As the Department Head of Marketing & Communications, I lead a team of 18 onshore and offshore staff in projects which encompassed branding, sales and marketing communications, point of sale, websites and automated cross-media campaigns consisting of print, email, SMS and personalised URLs (PURLs). The hybrid role merged Creative and Art Direction with Account and Studio Management to oversee acquisition and retention campaigns for clients including Fuji Xerox, Branach, RMIT, Swinburne Institute, Holmesglen Institute and ANU.On the daily, I also lead internal marketing and communication projects for Rooster IMC and the OCA Group's other subsidiaries including BPO Intelligence, Object Next and The Bindery. A part of OCA Group's core leadership group, I met daily with the group's CEO to ensure the group's marketing objectives mirrored it's business ones.

As the right-hand man to the Brisbane office's Managing Director and direct contact for the sales team and direct clients, I was an integral part in the development of retail campaigns from concept to output for Salefest's extensive list of automotive clients including Holden, Mitsubishi and Dodge Chrysler Jeep.From hiring and training Creatives to proofing and checking legal compliance, I was a 'hands-on' all rounder who regularly preformed:> Copy-writing for editorial, advertorial, press release, direct mail and web content> Hiring of talent, filming and production of television and radio advertising > Production of new business proposals and client presentations> Social media setup and maintenance> Online media buying – Banners, Google AdWords, YouTube Video Ads> Direction, support and advice to team of graphic and web designers> Restructuring of the asset management and operations systems
