As a former production manager in the manufacturing industry, I honed my organisational and leadership skills, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of high-quality products.In my role as an internal sales manager in the roof plumbing industry, I developed exceptional interpersonal and communication skills while managing client relationships and driving sales growth. This role allowed me to develop a strong set of planning and coordination skills to ensure the successful outcomes of several large-scale projects.The expertise I acquired in the trade industry has played a pivotal role in my successful transition to teaching.
