- Won the largest public school referendum (nearly $1b) in Wisconsin history. - Staffed call time with local elected officials to raise over $300,000 in contributions for the Yes Committee from unions, civic organizations, corporations, and individuals.- Earned endorsement of over 30 local elected officials, business leaders, and faith leaders. Gained national attention by earning endorsements for “Yes” from President Joe Biden and Senator Bernie Sanders.- Worked with the Yes Committee to develop a mail, digital advertising, social media, and field strategy. Successfully pivoted all campaign programs to halt face to face voter contact in early March in response to COVID-19.- Coordinated and executed field efforts to make multiple complete passes through phone call and texting universes to encourage voting by mail during pandemic.- Coordinated volunteer observers during the week-long recount process following the election. Recount confirmed the victory for the referendum.

- Campaigned, fundraised, and secured endorsements to ward off potential campaign opponents. Judge Graham successfully attained ballot access and won election for six year term. -Managed fundraising by conducting donor research, staffing candidate call time, planning and executing fundraising events, and through email fundraising. Raised nearly $30,000 in individual contributions in 3 months.- Scheduled and staffed candidate for travel, meetings, and events across the 24-county district.- Built and managed campaign database in NGP. Maintained presence on campaign website and social media.- Planned and oversaw program to collect signatures and successfully attain ballot access.

- Responsible for hiring, training, managing, and coaching field organizers for Democratic candidates in the Columbus metropolitan area for the 2018 Midterm Election Cycle, which resulted in re-election for US Senator Sherrod Brown.- Entrusted with managing field operation in other campaign regions before other Regional Field Directors were hired, including a team of nine additional organizers in the Columbus area from August and September, and one remote field organizer in rural Southeast Ohio (April to August).- Oversaw a volunteer network of 736 active volunteers in western Franklin County through “Get Out the Vote”. Managed one of the highest performing "Get Out the Vote" operations in the state. - Worked with local candidates to provide field outreach to flip three Ohio Statehouse seats in Franklin County from Republican to Democrat. Won a large margin of victory in Columbus to help re-elect Senator Sherrod Brown.

- Produced 12% increase in Democratic vote share compared to 2013 in assigned precincts. Turnout increase flipped two local state house seats and elected Democratic candidates to every statewide office.-Coordinated over 24,000 volunteer recruitment calls and 9,500 door knocks before “Get Out the Vote”.- Recruited and trained volunteer leadership teams that launched and accurately reported on over 900canvassing shifts to facilitate 45,000 door knocks during the four days of “Get Out the Vote".

-Built and coordinated a volunteer network in Dublin, Ohio consisting of over 300 unique volunteers. -Won majority of assigned precincts in a historically Republican city for Hillary Clinton and improved Democratic vote share compared in Dublin compared to 2012.
