John's professional background includes founding and co-leading Baleo Fitness with Mike Chere, a company built from their shared passion for mental and physical health. Before Baleo Fitness, John gained extensive experience in consumer and technology while at BCG (Boston Consulting Group).Before his time at BCG and Baleo, John served as Founder and Executive Director of The Oda Foundation. Under his leadership, the foundation grew from a small facility to a sustainable village hospital and community center providing essential healthcare and education services to underserved communities in Nepal. His work at Oda earned recognition from The Aspen Institute, The Stanford Social Innovation Review, MedShare, and the Government of Nepal.
