As COO, John is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, ensuring the alignment of strategic initiatives, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.John Christopher started his career as a partner in a prestigious New York law firm, negotiating and structuring deals, appearing in court and advising clients. He is a leader in the NYS Bar Association, currently sitting on the Board of its charitable foundation and the Cannabis Law Section (founding member). After several professional projects in the medical cannabis and advertising space, he decided it was time to go “all in” on a career change and found a non-lawyer (but lawyers welcome) position in the world of health advertising and media.John became Head of Commercial at Publicis Health Media (PHM), Publicis Groupe’s only agency focused solely on health media. In this role, he oversaw agency contracting and worked with Finance, Investment + Partnerships, and Re:Sources legal to ensure that the agency’s contracting is best-in-class. During his time at PHM, John’s role expanded to include the operational leadership of multiple Investment Management teams and the Partnerships team.Before coming to UbiquityVX, John was Chief Business Officer at Nexben, where he strived every day to make people’s lives better by providing them with the tools they need to make confident health and wealth decisions. As CBO, John oversaw the Finance, Legal, and People Operations functions at Nexben.John Christopher lives in South Florida with his wife Cristina, their three children, and his anxious Bernedoodle.
