Responsible for the ArGIS Localisation Team at Esri UK.The core aim of the team is to facilitate and remove barriers to the uptake of the ArcGIS platform in the UK and Ireland. This is achieved via products, propositions and solutions built on ArcGIS which help our customers and partners deliver business value.

The core purpose of the PPM role is to promote the wider deployment of core Esri software and services, by facilitating the development of new business opportunities that expands or develops the use of GIS technology in a profitable and sustainable manner. The prime focus of new propositions will be on making our customers and partners more successful through the increased and better use of GIS to help meet their business needs.

Jointly responsible for the Utilities Practice at ESRI (UK), developing and delivering business into the Utilities sector

Responsible for leading and coordinating LG specific services and business development activities. Also responsible for leadership of a team of engagement managers, solution architects and consultants in the LG practice.

Responsible for the management of a portfolio of customer projects and the line management and personal development of a team of consultants.Heavily involved in the delivery of business-critical systems across a broad range of market sectors, covering the full ESRI product range.Acquired extensive experience in system design and particularly in requirements capture and functional specifications. Project Management was a key aspect of the work, and John has developed a broad experience of PRINCE2 and DSDM and RUP project methodologies
