I also often accompanied dealer reps on sales calls to lend my knowledge as well as to demonstrate the close ties between KM and the dealer. My technical knowledge from previous positions aided me in being successful in this position. I also acted as a liaison between 3rd party vendors and KM Dealers. Specifically introducing vendors to dealers as well as working to resolve issues when they arose. I was in the position for just over 1.5 years before it was eliminated because of restructuring. During that time I greatly improved the working relationship with the Dealers I supported.
