CurrentAs a fourth generation native of Monterey County, I am grounded in the community. I am a graduate of Brigham Young University, and I earned my law degree at San Joaquin College of Law. I am a member of the California State Bar as well as a founding member of the California DUI Lawyers Association. I have been retained by law enforcement to defend DUI cases against their loved ones. I have also been retained by lawyers, contractors, real estate brokers, teachers, firefighters, truck drivers, military officers and doctors. I am also referred cases from other leading DUI defense attorneys throughout the state of California. I have received training on both the Draeger 7410 "EPAS" breath machine and the Alco-Sensor IV breath machine, and own the latest version of the Alco-Sensor IV. Both of these machines are currently in use in Monterey and Santa Cruz counties.
