- Most recently worked on the migration of local back office functions to a centralised group shared service centre in Lisbon. - Other work involved the network expansion and integration into American & Canadian markets along with some other bespoke international initiatives.- Previously completed a programme to decommission the UK data centre's infrastructure [since the migration of core business to the Paris based group data centre was completed]- Also identified and implemented telephony improvements to Europcar's UK IVR including the introduction of professional voice services and adopting a new technology platform

Performing a co-ordination role within a major programme (made up of 16 sub-projects) to manage the transition of core business functions from National Car Rental's bespoke UK developed systems to Europcar's Paris based centralised applications which incorporated software developments to bridge functional gaps.

Customer Finance covers the following areas of responsibility:-Customer Services,Credit control / Accounts Rec-Billing and associated back office functions-FTE Resources c200 Resp include:- Managing the relationship between business and IT - Identify business improvement opportunities - Project definition, initiation and subsequent consultation. - Support any tender process including subsequent product evaluation and recommendations ranging from software solutions to supplier changes - Project Manager of large projects. Recent projects include: - major project to develop a centralised billing system in-house that enabled over 30 franchise countries to deliver their cross border rental data to one point and have all associated billing and commissions automated. Something previously performed manually between countries. - Business Process Outsourcing to India including supplier evaluation, contractual work, SLA set up and monitoring and ongoing governance.

•Responsible for the development and maintenance of their mainframe and PC business applications supporting over 110 remote rental locations, 25,000 vehicles and associated head office systems. •This involved the management of approximately 25 development personnel, work and resource scheduling
