• Online Marketing & Customer Support Manager, StyleGun Ltd, CambridgeStyleGun (http://www.stylegun.com) is an online fashion retail business whose target market extends from the young professional to the mature gent. The site showcases top brands and pioneered “Bodymap” technology, enabling customers to spec out their look.The business is run by a small, dynamic team; there are just 5 of us. I was recruited by the founders and work alongside them. I am responsible for e-marketing and for supporting online sales. My remit includes:- Managing the e-commerce and content management systems: Exact Abacus and Magento.- Maintaining the front and back end of the website.- Using social media - Facebook, Twitter, etc - to reach customers and engage them with the brand.- Direct email marketing campaigns using MailChimp.- Managing the online payment gateway solution (Barclaycard Business ePDQ)- Differentiating between legitimate and fraudulent transactions.- Liaising with our web development company.- Copy writing the website content, including brand bios, style advice and product descriptions.- Managing Google services such as Analytics, AdWords and Base to further enhance the performance of the website.- Customer service, responding to complaints and queries on a day to day basis.

Role included staff supervision, front of house service and office admin.
