My main function is dealer and customer relations and sales through phone, e-mail and letter. This involves a wide range of tasks from communicating product details and prices to individual end users, to informing our wide range of dealers on key information on the business from new product to lead time projections.I deal mainly with our classic and traditional range of bicycles but also deal with the Moulton TSR and WorkBike element of the business too. As the first point of contact with Pashley; where the style and nature of our communications and actions is imperative to customers I have enjoyed very positive feedback from customers and dealers alike.Other functions within the business include warranty processing, brochure/advert copy and design, trade show work, website maintenance and input into product design. Where administration is required due to staff shortage I have undertaken this as well.In the period I have been with the company sales have risen exponentially and we have enjoyed exposure in the press across print, radio and television which I normally organise and am present at.

I split time in the office making outgoing sales calls with time on the road visiting dealers and potential customers. The company was small so other elements of the business were in my remit as well including trade shows, warranty and administration.

Cloth Court Communications is an advertising agency concentrating mainly on financial advertising in the print press. My main duties included account management and planning negotiating and buying media space for clients. This included dealing with the national press; Daily Mail, The Times and The News of the World. A large amount of business was done with specialist financial titles such as Money Marketing and Financial Adviser. I also helped to maintain and update a website that contained information on over 3000 press titles.I also had some creative input and wrote and laid out an advert than ran in the Daily Mail, The Times and The Financial Times.
