Beacon 2 Audit Project

Site Manager on the MBNL Darwin project-Confirm delivery is correct for planned Scope of works for all Power, Rigging and BTS works.-Rip and Replace existing 2G RBS cabs with new FCIA cab.-Build new Flexi BTS rack for proposed 2G/4G upgrade.-Commission 2G & 4G followed by completing full call testing.-Confirm rigging works are completed as per design and Scope.-Complete SARP and inform of any defects from site.

Complete various surveys including Pre-starts, Redlines, As-Builts, AIP's & PIV's for different networks projects. I would complete all surveys according to the customers Scope and submit within the agreed SLA's. Equipment surveyed included TEF/VF Flexi BTS's, EE Nokia Flexi, Huawei, Ericsson RBS, Transmission Racks, PSU's, Feeders and Antenna's and existing Civils.

Site lead on the Beacon L1800 upgrade works for TEF and Vodafone on behalf of GTL• Installing and Commissioning of Nokia Flexi 2G, 3G & 4G including upgrading hardware and installing DC power to new units.• Adding L18 to existing TEF sites, recommissioning existing 2G for IPVPN migration upgrades• Completing RL50 retrofit jobs so TEF and VF share hardware and recommission site accordingly.• Complete cab swap outs completing the removal of flexi radios and rebuilt in the new installed cab according to the new proposed design.• Complete reports and certificates for each completed job• Complete various Site Survey Reports in accordance with the customers’ requirements• Highlight any issues with completed works on site and highlight any Risks with future proposed works

Contracted for the Line of Sight Surveys and audits of O2 Base station sites to allow for installation of Microwave links. Verifying LOS between neighboring sites and complete daily reports. Reports would include full detail of all existing equipment on site, existing steel work for planned installation, an audit of the base station power, current back haul transmission. I would have to identify any potential problems for a planned installation and ensure it was well documented.Performed full microwave installations on the back of the reports produced. Resolved minor existing faults on site including amp swap outs.

Commissioning Engineer for Babcock on the MBNL - TMobile and 3UK site Intergrations.Lead Engineer for Nokia Node B deployments & hardware upgrades 2G & 3G including installation and commissioning services. Also had to decommission Ultra sites no longer in use. Installation and Configuration of TMA and MHA also 2nd/3rd Carrier Upgrades /Generals S/W Upgrades.Installation and commissioning of power supply units (PSU) and power swap outs of street work sites.Performed Site Acceptance Testing and complete jobs in the specified outage times by the customer.
