As well as working with my Dad for more than 30 years, my daughter, Zoe, began an apprenticeship with us a couple of years before her Grandad retired.My main focus remains servicing the clients and their £60 million or thereabouts which is under our advice. Customer AdministrationRank Xerox (Uk) Limited 1990 - 1994A good foundation which involved moving around different administration functions, from "File Maintenance" to "Customer Liaison" and "Credit Control" before a spell as a "Dual Role Officer". During which I relocated from Manchester to Milton Keynes. Greatest lesson learned, big companies have left hands and right hands. The left hand can be making everyone redundant whilst the right hand can be handing out special recognition awards. I favour small companies.
