About John Corr

I have over 26 years experience working in the Financial Services Industry, in very challenging and competitive business environments.I have been working within the Commercial Division of Friends First since 2006 where I have gained valuable experience of sales operations, business & people management, change management and strategy. Initially I was involved and tasked with the formulation and implementation of sales strategy as well as a business process review of the entire sales function and operations and implementation of initiatives and recommendations leading to operational excellence and sales best practice. Most recently I have been working as the Commercial Transition Director overseeing a major change management and efficiency programme within the organisation. I have been operating at a senior management level for over 15 years.I am an effective thinker and achiever with excellent general management (IT, project, distribution and operational) and interpersonal skills. I am a very strong team player, organised, thorough and professional. I am competent and experienced to work at a very senior level, I am delivery focused, people orientated and with the ability to manage and achieve results.
