With over 35 years in the IT industry, John has worked through numerous changes in technology, helping clients adapt and optimize their IT environments with each new wave of innovation.In his role as an Enterprise Architect John shares wisdom, best practices and methodologies to ensure successful IT Transformations. IT Transformation requires planning and assessments of the enterprise’s objectives, their revenue generation targets and dependencies, and their core competencies. As an advisor, I help them quantify the impact to their business, determine the IT capabilities they require to achieve their goals, work with the customer to define their go forward architecture, and guide them on how to develop their implementation plan to transform to a Hybrid IT operating model. As a member of the HPE IT Global SWAT Team, John brings to customer the understanding of the issues it takes to run and manage one of the largest of hardware and software environments in production.John has a Bachelor of Mathematics, Computer Science from the University of Waterloo Science (1981). John has also has ITIL v2 Service Manager and ITIL v3, HPE Accredited System Engineer (ASE) and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications..
