I manage the European Business Services team of 4 focused on Finance and IT support reporting to the Global IT Finance Director and CIO Europe. Key duties include managing the annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts and finance governance. I managed the 14 strong Financial Services team at QGC in Brisbane covering Accounts Payable, Cash & Banking, Intercompany and Expense Management. During my time in the role I implemented an expense management system and back office scanning and invoice automation to improve the service we gave to the business. I ensured a robust control environment was in-place and improved automation meant more time was available to assurance and investigation work.
