With two decades of experience, I've worked with a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to startups backed by private equity and venture capital. As a hands-on partner, I specialize in public debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. I provide strategic solutions for emerging growth companies, covering areas like financing, tax planning, M&A strategies, and revenue recognition. I'm passionate about driving positive change in the dynamic world of technology.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my three amazing daughters. We love outdoor activities from wake surfing on Lake Travis to skiing in Colorado. My wife and I also share a love for live music and frequently attend events like the ACL Music Festival.
