Supplier Quality Specialist
CurrentSupplier Quality (SQ) Global Compliance Focal – Principle Subject Management Expert responsible for the coordination and management of the Supplier Quality Export/Import process. Duties include coordinating with Boeing’s Global Trades Controls in applying for both ITAR and EAR licensing to cover activities performed by International Supplier Quality Representatives; Providing Internal Control Plan Briefings to individuals operating under SQ export authorities; Leading a team of Boeing SQ Site and Regional Export focals in developing and continuous improvement of export compliance processes and requirements for SQ; Developing, coordinating, and providing export/import compliance training and guidelines SQ Representatives; Support the SQ organization as an information resource on export compliance.SQ Information Security Administrator – System administrator responsible for granting access to records marked as ITAR by Non-US users. Duties included receiving requests for access and coordinating with Non-US users to provide valid export authorizations that would allow for access; Coordinating with export authorization owners to validate access for Non-US users; Loading Non-US user information into system to finalize the process; Support the Information Technology organization in resolving system issues related to export compliance.SQ Quality Clause Administrator – SQ Focal responsible for sustaining and improving the SQ Quality Clause Development and Application process. Duties include leading team of SQ site focals in clause development, amendment, and inactivation; command media maintenance, updates and improvements; Maintenance and updates to Quality Clause Development and Application Webpage.SQ Technical Expert (TE) – Corrective Action – Lead a Team as Focal to deploy a supplier corrective action notification system across all Boeing Sites. Co-Lead an SQ team that developed both instructor lead and web-based Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) Training.
